Cancellation, Refunds, and Returns
- Cancellation of Orders:
- An order is considered confirmed unless cancelled within one day or before High Grow Nutrition dispatches the products to you.
- To cancel or change your order before dispatch, please call our customer service number. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
- Returns Policy:
- Returns are accepted only for Wrong or Damaged items received.
- Returned products must be unopened and in their original condition as dispatched.
- Products that have been opened or consumed cannot be returned.
- Damaged Products:
- If you receive a damaged product, a replacement will be delivered within 5-6 business days.
- Alternatively, a refund will be processed once we receive the damaged goods (within 3-5 business days).
