Cancellation, Refunds, and Returns

  1. Cancellation of Orders:
    • An order is considered confirmed unless cancelled within one day or before High Grow Nutrition dispatches the products to you.
    • To cancel or change your order before dispatch, please call our customer service number. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
  2. Returns Policy:
    • Returns are accepted only for Wrong or Damaged items received.
    • Returned products must be unopened and in their original condition as dispatched.
    • Products that have been opened or consumed cannot be returned.
  3. Damaged Products:
    • If you receive a damaged product, a replacement will be delivered within 5-6 business days.
    • Alternatively, a refund will be processed once we receive the damaged goods (within 3-5 business days).
